Embed Digital Support

This guide will show you how to launch or relaunch MagicInfo if your Display is on the wrong input.

Please note that your menu may have a different appearance depending on the generation of Display you are using. This will not change the steps involved in changing this setting.

Using the handheld remote control and aiming towards the digital signage screen, press the “Home” button located in the middle of the remote:

Then using the “Enter” button located in the middle of the cursor keys on the remote control select ‘MagicInfo S Player’ from the lower left corner of the Samsung digital signage screen:

And then using the “Enter” button located in the middle of the cursor keys on the remote control select ‘MagicInfo S Player’ from the upper left corner of the Samsung digital signage screen:

The proper content should then reappear on the digital signage screen. If you are still experiencing issues please create a ticket through our Support Portal.
