Manufacturers’ Warranties
Manufacturers’ warranties apply to all parts sold by Embed Digital. The terms of each manufacturer’s warranty vary. Manufacturers’ warranties on products are rendered void by tampering, misuse, abuse or neglect.
Warranty Service
Warranty service will be provided on all parts that are both sold and installed by Embed Digital for a period of 1-year from the date of installation. Warranty service includes troubleshooting, repair/replacement and shipping as per the terms of each manufacturer’s product warranty. Warranty service on products will similarly be void by tampering, misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Standard warranty service can be coordinated during normal Embed Digital operating hours as resources are available.
- Any warranty service requested to be completed outside normal Embed Digital operating hours is subject to additional charges.
- Warranty service requiring expedition, when feasible, are subject to additional charges and/or shipping rates.
Non-Warranty Service
Non-warranty service may be provided by Embed Digital to the client at the going service labor rates for any issues caused by products outside of the warranty service period, manufacturer’s warranty period, or that are caused by tampering, misuse, abuse or neglect.
- The current going rates for non-warranty service are $325 for the first hour per trip and $180 for each additional hour.
- The going rates for non-warranty service are subject to change.
- Non-warranty service can be coordinated during normal Embed Digital operating hours as resources are available.
- Non-warranty service labor to be completed outside normal Embed Digital operating hours is subject to additional charges.
- Non-warranty service labor requiring expedition, when feasible, are subject to additional charges and/or shipping rates and/or shipping rates.
Returns
No returns on items after 30 days of receipt. No returns on software subscriptions. Returns on items are subject to restocking fees. The restocking fee for returned items is 30% of the item’s sales price as listed on the invoice from Embed Digital. Any item returned by a client must be in new condition and include all its original packaging and accessories. Used items or items that are missing their original packaging and accessories may be declined or subject to higher restocking fees at the discretion of Embed Digital. Return shipping of items to Embed Digital is the responsibility of the client.
