Scope of Work

The Scope of Work for Digital Signage Installation is limited to the mounting, connecting and configuration of the devices provided by Embed Digital to operate in a manner that provides the intended features of Digital Signage at the location or locations specified in the project proposal.

▪ Finished electrical work will be provided by the client unless specified in the project proposal.

▪ Operational data runs and or Wi-Fi will be provided by the client unless specified in the project proposal.


Subcontractors

Embed Digital may use licensed subcontractors to complete work specified in the job proposal.

▪ The client agrees not to solicit subcontractors for competing work without consent from Embed Digital.

▪ Additional work requested of subcontractors is subject to additional charges and change order approval.


Scheduling

The Scheduling for Digital Signage Installation is to be coordinated during the normal operating hours of Embed Digital (weekdays 8am – 5pm) subject to availability of resources.

▪ Work to be completed by Embed Digital or its subcontractors outside normal operating hours is subject to additional charges.

▪ Expedited deadlines, when feasible, are subject to additional charges and/or shipping rates.


Cancellations/Rescheduling

Cancellations or Rescheduling require at least 24 hours of notice before the original scheduled start time of an installation. If a job is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the original scheduled start time additional charges will apply.

▪ The current charge for canceling or rescheduling an installation without providing the minimum 24-hour notice is $250.

▪ Rescheduling for a canceled installation will be subject to the availability of resources.


Change Orders

Change Orders include additional parts and work not specified in the project proposal that are required to complete the work specified that were unforeseen prior to installation, delays caused by the client or its affiliates once the installation has started, or additional parts and work requested by the client beyond what is specified in the project proposal.

    The client agrees to pay for change orders caused by unforeseen challenges in the completion of the work specified in the job proposal.

    The client agrees to pay for change orders resulting from project delays not caused by Embed Digital.

    The client agrees to pay for change orders made at their request for additional work or parts not specified in the job proposal.

    Change orders will be subject to standard pricing on added items and/or restocking fees on returns.
